Thanks so much for your interest in consigning with Neighbor Neighbor. I handle all pricing and curation. Anything that doesn’t sell can be returned to you or donated if you prefer.

I like to review items in person rather than having you pre select. I’m open to a wide range of pieces, even basics, as long as they are in good condition. Minor wear is fine. I tend to favor natural materials, slow fashion, some designer, and well made everyday pieces.

You can stop by Tuesday through Sunday from 12 - 6 with whatever you can carry. No appointment needed for now. I can usually go through items quickly while you’re here, or you can leave them and come back later. Let me know if you need your bags back, and I’m always happy to take extra reusable bags.

There is usually short term parking nearby at the end of De La Guerra. If you can’t find a spot, you can call me at 805-570-1426 and I’ll try to meet you at your car at DLG.

Payouts go out every 2-4 weeks via check or Zelle. Store credit is available at an extra 10% value.

If you’d rather go through items beforehand, we can set up a FaceTime appointment, or arrange a home visit for larger collections (appts booking further out)

Payout is in 4 tiers:

• Under $100 - 40% payout to you 

• $100-$500 - 45%

• $500-$1000 - 55%

• $1000+ - 65% TBD discussed depending on item
